Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to youdoo.ai, our marketing content, contact and survey forms, and the YouDooplatform and applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Elbe Tech Invest ETI GmbH("we", "us", "our"). By using any part of the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of the Service

YouDoo is an AI-powered musculoskeletal wellbeing companion that provides:

• Voice-guided therapy and rehabilitation sessions
• Personalised exercise recommendations and tracking
• Pain logging and progress monitoring
• Expert clinical review and quality assurance
• Organisation wellness programme tools (aggregated analytics only)

YouDoo is developed as a regulated medical device (Class IIa, EU MDR). It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 where permitted with parental consent under applicable law) to create an account. If you are in significant pain or have had recent surgery, consult your GP before using YouDoo.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access at hello@youdoo.ai.

Account types include patient, organisation, clinical panel, and administrator accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written consent
• Transmit malware or interfere with the Service or its users
• Use AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or clinically dangerous content
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Provide medical care to a third party through your personal account

5. Health disclaimer

AI-generated guidance is for informational and supportive purposes. Exercise recommendations are not a replacement for professional physiotherapy assessment. Pain monitoring is for self-tracking, not clinical diagnosis. Red-flag detection and expert review support safety but do not replace professional clinical judgement.

6. Organisation accounts

Organisations using YouDoo for employee programmes must:

• Obtain appropriate consent before enrolling employees
• Comply with applicable employment and data protection laws
• Designate authorised administrators

Organisation dashboards show only aggregated, anonymised metrics — never individual health data. See our Privacy Policy and the platform Data Processing Agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Elbe Tech Invest ETI GmbH and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Where paid features are offered, fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout (via Stripe where applicable). Organisation trials may be offered without a payment method; continued use after a trial requires a paid plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except where they cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, or legal requirement. Upon termination you may request export or deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
